I saw these in the south west, most had the name Angel, Juan or Diego on them just above the Thong Icing. Must be a regional thing. In NYC you can get the same cookies, but they are a bit bigger and say Hector. Now depending on your tastes you can get the lighter shaded sugar cookies. These are very popular in the trailer parks of the south and the decorations above the Icing include, butterflies, tribal art and misspelled/ random Chinese phrases and taste just a little bit ….well….
