Captain Zero Hates the F-22 Why?

Story: White House aides insisted F-22 be removed from Obama speech venue.

Yep that is Barry in front of not our brand new top of the line F-22 but our old friend the F-15.  Obama and his henchman staff refused to have his speech in front of the newer aircraft. Why?  Theory developing?
