No. It already has, some more than others, but we are all infected to one degree or another. Let me explain. <br />

First, the symptoms of being contaminated by the "Grey Goo." <br />

<li><a href="http://thebruha.blogspot.com/2013/10/words-mean-things.html" target="_blank">Words</a> have differing meanings depending on circumstances, certain words are not to be used, and inappropriate words are used in place. </li>
<li>Fact, science, and histories change to suite present conditions.</li>
<li>Logical thinking is ignored and or ridiculed.</li>
<li>Absolute Good does not exist.</li>
<li>Absolute Bad/Evil does not exist.</li>
<li>If one achieves, produces or gains success it was probably achieved by evil means and if one fails it was by the evil intent and or action of others. <em>(<strong>"Oh! How can points three and five be valid?" </strong> See my next point......)</em></li>
<li>Contradictions and hypocrisy are ignored especially if it furthers the production of more Grey Goo.</li>

We complain about our political system but don't vote, and otherwise do not hold our representatives accountable. <em>(And they/we rely on the Grey Goo more and more every day.) Just think, rationally that is. Yep, that simple, but not easy. The most interesting thing about man is that he is a thinking rational creature. He as a naked animal that is, soft of skin, slow, susceptible to cold and heat, has weak teeth and no claws, his noes ears and eyes are not exceptional. His offspring are born one at a time and helpless for many years requiring much effort to bring to maturity. <br />
What man excels at is thinking with his mind. He is a rational creature. He views, measures and accesses his environment, makes decisions that help him live, and to not do so will lead to death be it immediate or in the long term. With man's thinking mind he can now see across the universe, and detect and analyze the smallest atomic particles. He grows and raises food, pre-digesting it in factories and or other mechanized means (cooking). He can have the thickest armor, fly to the moon, live on the equator the artic or other planets (soon) for that matter. In short, rational thinking is good. What is good you may ask? <em>(And this is important) </em> Good is what helps man live. Food is good, sex is good, air is good, clothing is good, steel is good, my guitar is good, science is good, thinking rationally is good. These few examples help us live. <em>(Hope I made my point.)</em><br />

You know it, they know it. The same way "Undocumented Immigrants" is thrown around in the news and by politicians. <strong>"Sow why do they do that?" </strong>They do it to rob from you. To take your time without the agreed compensation in the first case, and to prevent you from properly accessing your environment in the second. An Undocumented Immigrant implies a lack of paperwork for someone who intends to lawfully enter and reside, when in fact the first act upon entering the country was to break the law. In short:To prevent you from making a rational decision.)</em> One must view words as contracts and treat them as such. You wouldn't hire a contractor to tile your floor and accept carpet it in violation of the signed contract, right?</div>

Why is George still on the air and the Dukes are off?</div>

Good does exist. What helps man to live is good. Ask yourself often, Is this good?</div>

It is the tool of vain and pretentious political leaders that think they know better. Grey Goo is the food of the collectivist, the socialist, the communist, the dictator , the theocracy, and totalitarian alike. Grey Goo is poison for the thinking individual. <em>(And thus the constant effort to classify and group us all.)</em><br />

Fundamentally keeping energy costs down is the most critical aspect to the function of a society. The lower the cost, the greater we all benefit and inversely, the higher the cost of energy the less efficient any activity costs with no benefit being realized. Lower the cost of energy and all of a sudden, new mines become profitable, farmers can run pumps and till the soil for less $$ and it costs less to run the beer cooler at the local mini-mart. The result is more stuff, cheaper for everyone and yep , that’s a simplification but true, everyone wins.<br />

society benefits from lower energy costs. This is what the left does, uses emotion to get their way, to ratchet up the rhetoric. We don't do that here if we wish to be intellectually honest and maintain integrity.<br />

So why would any Republican party member want to increase taxes on energy? Well I will answer that, that is because these progressive Republicans do not have, recognize, or have compromised the moral value of capitalism. Why? Because Capitalism, proves them all wrong. With true capitalism, not this phony semi <br />
socialistic cronyism we have now, there is no such thing as a poor oppressed working class that is so needed in our favorite socialistic societies. Increasing the cost of energy through taxation is like adding abrasive to the oil of an engine, the engine has to work harder due to the added friction; the same is true for an economy, and if I were asked on the best and quickest way to damage the ideal of capitalism, I would increase the cost of energy at every level and blame capitalism for its own failure at every turn. Sound familiar ? <br />

I know my posting has been lacking in the recent past and I apologize. One reason is that I am having a hard time tiring to get my head around the events of the recent past and how to make sense of them. Too much to for one to comprehend each issue individually, too much to handle all at once. There has been, police murders at the hands of racists, protests, betrayal by our elected officials (Congress and the election of our overly tan Speaker), attacks by Islamofacits in France, and the creation of a new Federal program, MyIRA, by the Executive Branch (uhhhh??? <strong>Unconstitutional</strong>!!!!)....the list goes on. <br />

Just how is one to deal with all of this at once? Well one cant. In my political/ philosophical thinking I have come up with the concept/analogy that it is like "A Bucket of Eels"; slimy, always in motion, each eel blending with the others, at any one moment any one eel (issue) can not be seen completely. The issue or eel hides behind others intertwining in the total slime of its environment. Try to grab any specific eel out of the bucket and chances are you will come up empty handed and covered in slime. (The progressive rely on this!!!)<br />

from Long Island, NY to his residence on Fire Island. This gentleman whom was retired, seemed ancient to me as teen and was as "Salty" as the day was long in summer. I remember him prepping eels he had trapped for market. He would prep his hands with sand, reach into the bucket and expertly remove a live squirming eel and stun it by throwing it against a board. The stunned eel would then be expertly gutted and skinned in one fluid motion; a single cut and a pull resulting in the head skin and organs tossed to the waiting sea birds, the silver grey eel prepped for market.<br />

So as for my analogy its pretty simple to see how politicians, activist and the media are represented by the eels, but how to deal with them is best represented by the old Long Island Fisherman. The sand on your hands is your philosophy, it provides for your grip on the issue; one must have a firm grip on the issue. Does one have the ability to grip every issue/eel all at once? No, but once you have a grip, stun the issue with irrefutable facts and quickly skin it showing its true inner structure, repeat until the bucket is empty. Apply as much sand as necessary and repeat until the bucket is empty. <br />

The problem as I see it is akin to fans funning onto the football field after the big game. If one or two fans run onto the field , security will tackle 'em, cuff 'em, and stuff 'em in a cell. However if a dozen charge the field, well things change quickly. That situation is the most dangerous, the point when the "Security" feels threatened and feels things may tip out of control. This is the point where the nightsticks start swinging. No one wants to be the first 25 on the field and get their clock cleaned. And the fear of that is what keeps the fans in the stands, the fear of physical harm. This fear is the fulcrum the state uses to keep us in our place. Back to the question: What do we do about it? First let me state whatever one decides to do must be moral and not violate ones integrity. Additionally whatever is decide must not violate another persons individual rights. To not do so is to just be an agitator, rabble, unjust and immoral ceding any right to any credibility. With that said let me ask do you feel powerless and if so why? My bet is if you do feel powerless it is out of fear. Fear of not being able to make a difference, fear of ridicule, fear of being numbers 1-25 running onto the field and getting wacked with the baton. Oh! These are real fears, but fears nevertheless. Fear though has to be quantified and put in its rightful place. So after thinking about it I came up with the answer. Rationally think about your fears and integrity and prioritize your actions with the relationship between the two in mind.</div>

It may be as simple as overcoming the fear of publicly ridiculing someone who cuts in line at the grocery store. It may be actually penning a letter expressing ones heartfelt concerns and letting go of the fear of being monitored. It may to reinvestigate a closely held premises when contradicted. One may decide to respond to a friends Facebook post and ask for an explanation of the "Progressive Meme". Decide how your actions or inaction can help or not. And yes inaction is as valuable at times. Think if you refused to rent a room, car, serve a meal etc. to a member of the organization you strongly oppose. </div>

to, be it write a song, build a Hot Rod, invent a new device or process, or
code a program.<span style="mso-spacerun: yes;"> </span>His work is his, to be
traded for what he/she agrees by his own free will.<span style="mso-spacerun: yes;"> </span>The same can be said for businesses.<span style="mso-spacerun: yes;"> </span>A business may also be considered a Prime,
such as the steel producer, car manufacture, or software firm.<span style="mso-spacerun: yes;"> </span>A Prime business competes not only with its
direct competition but also with itself much in the same way a professional
golfer does.<span style="mso-spacerun: yes;"> </span>A true Prime welcomes the competition
as he knows it only makes him better.</span></div>

the consultant that works harder to keep his client dependant rather than serve
his clients best interest.<span style="mso-spacerun: yes;"> </span>It is the corporation
that lobbies for special consideration from the government to keep competition at
bay.<span style="mso-spacerun: yes;"> </span>It’s the songwriter that steals a
line or a lick while giving no credit.<span style="mso-spacerun: yes;">
</span>The second hander feeds off the Prime offering little in return, and
certainly not by mutual agreement. The pinnacle example of the Second Hander is the welfare broodmare that has no intention of self betterment. (Yep I said it) It is the person that shouts racism because his argument has failed, using the real pain and struggle of others as cover for his failed argument. (Go to hell race baiter.. feeding off of real hero's of the past..) It is the person that lies about his military service, pretends to be a NYC 9-11 firefighter or cop. It is another shitty energy drink that is stuffed in a convenience store cooler thinking it will become the next Red Bull or monster without real work and vision. Its the person or corporation that rides on another's success.</span></div>

Below is the most influential (to me that is) TV commercial and toy from my childhood. Smashing up cars, twangy country inbred hillbilly music, Ford vs. Chevy, <a href="http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Chevrolet_Nomad" target="_blank">'57 Nomad</a>, 57 Ford. I begged and pleaded for the set as a youngster, (and quiet frankly I think it was an easy sell to the old man at the time), and received it for Christmas one year. My brother and I would send them down the hallway head on at each other, black streaks from single flywheel/tire on the oak floor, chunks of wood torn from the baseboard. Speed , destruction, ramps, wheels doors and prts flying off on impact. Good times! Hell Yeah! The <span class="st"><em><strong><a href="http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Evel_Knievel" target="_blank">Evel Knievel</a></strong></em></span> <a href="https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=an8eejlhadk" target="_blank">stunt cycle</a> was a close second, but Smash up Derby was the bomb. I even went to the real deal spending lots of time in the '70's and early '80's at <a href="http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Islip_Speedway" target="_blank">Islip Speedway</a> (<a href="https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=6wFDbstNPVg" target="_blank">Click for documentary</a>) not even knowing that I was at the center of the Demolition Derby universe at the time.<br />

Most influential movie....<a href="http://www.imdb.com/title/tt0057012/" target="_blank">Dr. Strangelove</a>. With a small caveat, for me it was tie with Full Metal Jacket and full Metal lost. And why does FMJ loose? Well that's because of a glaring flaw in the script in one of the <a href="https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=S06nIz4scvI" target="_blank">most famous and most often quoted scenes.</a> (click to watch) I hate big flaws.... and in this case, when firing from a moving platform (you are going faster than the target) you trail the target or otherwise shoot behind the slow moving target. Duh!<a href="http://www.ebaumsworld.com/video/watch/82826103/" target="_blank"> (Click for an example)</a> And by the way, if you know any glairing movie/tv mistakes that have made it deep into pop culture feel free to comment. Not stuff that is simple mistakes of props, or use of stock footage, but stuff that makes you cringe. (Like the Irish Catholic fireman drinking the wrong whisky. Has anyone out there caught that yet? In my ponderings have come to the conclusion that the progressives never ever blame anything on their own failed ideas. It is always we need more money, more time, a more regulation a new program, a new law, or a <strong>new leader. </strong>The "idea" in their mind is never faulty, it is always something else... You see, the progressive ideology is a religion of sorts, being that it is not based on rational thought on the surface anyway. It's more like Blind Faith and shallow thinking. Kind of like... "Feeding fish in my tank is good and food is good for fish. So if the fish are dying they must be fed more! And you say they need less food? You must be racist against fish!!"</div>

The self view is one of an altruistic nature that values "helping others". Being viewed as good especially by others, is a desired status that is held at the highest premium. </div>

So what is the happens in the mind of a progressive that becomes intellectually honest? Lets start with what I believe to be the minority of the set. This is the person that "Just wants the power" and at any cost. He just cant say it out loud, at least until he has full control, otherwise way to much opposition. So then we are left with the second type I will call "The Altruistic Progressive", and if this type of Progressive is challenged they have a few choices. BTW: Heath insurance came to be as a byproduct (unintended consequence) of governmental regulation. Durring WWII wages were frozen and business need skilled employees. Competition was fierce and employees could not be attracted with higher wages. What could be done is to offer “Benefits” such as stock, paid vacation, paid sick days, and yes…Pay your Dr. bills or health insurance! Now I know this is all commonplace today but before this you worked, and then got paid…. That was it. (But man is innovative, we figure out how to get what we want/need despite the rules and regulation, be it a benefit program, the black market or whatever. The law of unintended consequences always will rear its ugly head in one form or another. Can't wait to see what happens in this case....just out of perverse curiosity) <br />

<span dir="auto">Contrast this with the opposite, Admiral Spruance ordering immediate launching of aircraft to attack the Japanese fleet at the start of the Battle of Midway. He made a judgment call, based on his own intellect and initiative, with out fear of reprisal. Days prior Nimitz broke regulation and procedure also to get the crippled Yorktown out of dry-dock and into the fight ASAP. Other innovations during this fight such as night launch and recovery of US aircraft from the Enterprise, and the launching Fighter and Attack aircraft near or beyond their range limits took place. (All risky never done before) Result, the tide of the war was turned. Our military leaders were trusted to and able (allowed) to think! </span><br />

Fast forward to today..... Is our military trusted to do its job? Why are their lawyers on the battlefield? Are our military leaders allowed to think and be innovative without fear? Is anyone allowed to act quickly without orders? and mission of our cops, sheriffs deputies and their leadership. In the past a cop would describe him or herself as a "Peace Officer" Or an "Officer of the peace". Today the most common self described response would be "Law Enforcement Officer". "So what?", one might say, "What's the difference?" Well there is a big difference, difference in mindset and philosophy.<br />

The context for the purposes of this discussion would be the very common term "Law and Order". ( But have we ever really considered what the phrase "Law and Order" means? </div>

Well as for Law, that is pretty self evident. Law is basically the written code by our (representative) government that we consent to live by to help maintain a civilized society. As for order, just what does that mean? Order? What is order? Whose order? Hmmmm.</div>

It doesn't matter, Order in this case comes from Nature/God. It just happens. It is. Call it Natural Order or Gods Order. That's what it is and means in this context. And anywhere else for that matter. I like the term natural order myself, well.... just because. Don't read too much into it. The two terms are interchangeable, outcomes are the same. For example, the misapplication of the law would not be in natural order. Law and order demands wise discretion with full recognition of our natural rights. Order". The Peace Officer charged with the duty to maintain "'Law and Order". He was local and lived in the same neighborhood he worked. He would stop by your house and ask if you knew your tractor was out in the field to check if it broke down or if the local kids had taken it joyriding. He would walk a beat in the city and give a quick check of door knobs of the local business and run off troublemakers. (most likely with a "loving" wack of a night stick to the first one who mouthed off) He had discretion. He would pour out your beer and take you home to your parents if caught drinking underage. He talked to you and your neighbors...You knew his name.....Anyone remember? </div>

Strict adherence with policy and rules. BTW: Do you know the name of your local "Law Enforcement Officer? I dare say no. As opposed to the above scenario, the same kid that gets </div>

caught drinking (or a joint) today, gets the cuffs, a record, and blown chances at going to a good college, a military career, and the ability to get a security clearance. The Officer doesn't know the kid, could care less about him or his parents and has little to no discretion on what to do in the matter. He could loose his job if he doesn't follow procedure. Natural Order is not found in these actions nor is it cared about. Lets look at the uniforms and equipment. One would be hard pressed to tell the difference between a Marine in full kit in Fallujah and the Local PD in Tactical Gear if it wasn't for the color and patches. </div>

The lack of natural order quickly degrades into insanity. It turns into a hardened mindset. The Law Enforcement Community becomes more distant from the population it is sworn to protect. Its mission is lost, and the entire population becomes a potential enemy. The lack of Natural Order becomes a way of thinking and acting. Example; if the natural order is to protect lives, then a highly visible State Trooper at the top of the hill would be an effective way keep people from speeding down the grade. The Trooper hiding in the bushes at the bottom of the hill is not protecting one life, or maintaining order, but he is enforcing the law (not to mention making money for the state). A small difference in location but a huge difference in intent. (Why) How many times do we read about a wrong door kicked down or a dog shot when Law Enforcement goes to the wrong address? (don't know the neighborhood you have jurisdiction over?)</div>

Loyalty and strict obedience is of paramount importance if one is to maintain favor within the administration. Payment must be received in the form of political donations and public support). This sounds like, and has been described as, a lot like an "Crime Family" or "Chicago thug politics"..... I fully agree.</div>

The gangster needs the stable and lawful environment to function. (The gangster gets to break the law while no one else can.) The crime family can not be everywhere, police everything, and have total control. It needs the lawful environment because it parasitically feeds off of it.<br />

Ethnicity becomes race, free speech becomes terrorism, and a failed web architecture, design and implementation becomes a glitch. So why do they do this? Hmmmm? I say it is to <strong>intentionally mislead</strong> us. It is meant to invoke an emotional response from the recipient favorable to the speaker with little or no intellectual effort on the part of the speaker/author. It is meant to get one to come to a conclusion they might not have otherwise if they had the true and correct information. So when I hear the "political bastardazations" of words I take it as an admittance of the speakers failure of the idea or thought. </span></span></span></div>
